We employ rigorous security measures including HTTPS/SSL encryption, secure server environments, and strict role-based access controls to ensure your information remains confidential.

BeeInfo retains personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our gym management services, maintain user accounts, fulfill contractual obligations, ensure security, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

• Account and Profile Data: Retained while your account or gym membership remains active.
• Membership, Attendance, and Fitness Data: Retained while required to provide gym management, attendance, membership, and fitness-related services.
• Biometric Data: Retained only while necessary to provide biometric attendance or access-control services and may be deleted when biometric services are discontinued or upon a valid deletion request, subject to applicable legal requirements.
• Transaction and Billing Records: Certain payment, invoice, subscription, and financial records may be retained for the period required by applicable accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory obligations.
• Technical and Security Logs: Server, device, access, and security logs may be retained for a limited period where necessary for security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and system integrity.
• Backups: Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted or secure system backups until those backups are automatically overwritten or deleted according to our backup retention cycle.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data through the BeeInfo application or our designated data deletion request page.

After receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, BeeInfo will initiate deletion of the user's account and associated personal data and normally complete the process within 3–5 business days.

When an account is deleted, personal data associated with that account will be permanently deleted or anonymized, except where certain information must be retained for legitimate purposes such as legal compliance, accounting or tax obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements.

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. Biometric data is collected only with explicit consent and can be removed upon request.
